What is "Mindful Eating" and why should I try it?
A recent graphic by Michelle Babb, MS, RD details two kinds of eating patterns. On the left is a "Fast and Furious" type of eating which is common when consuming "Fast Food" this illustrates the problematic cascade of events which occurs in your body. On the right, is "Relaxed and Mindful Eating" which allows your body to maximize nutrition, and the process of enzyme creation which helps your brain understand you are full!
