Prevent Scripts Weekly Survey

The Prevent Scripts app will trigger a weekly survey every Saturday. The conditions for receiving a weekly survey are,

  1. Users should be logged in.
  2. Users should have an active plan.

Flow:

  • When a weekly survey is triggered on Saturday, for the first time on the home/dashboard screen a dialog will appear.

  • Case-1: Not interested
      • In this case users will cancel the survey and can not resume it later.
      • No bell icon at dashboard will be shown to resume it later.

  • Case-2: Not right now
      • In this case the dialog will disappear and a small bell icon will be shown at the dashboard.

      • This bell icon will be shown unless the user submits the survey or a new survey is triggered next Saturday.
      • When the user clicks on this button the dialog will appear again and the survey can be resumed again.

  • Case-3: Ok get started
      • In this case users will be navigated to the weekly survey screen.

      • The “Close” button will be considered as a “Not right now” case, meaning if users close the survey in the middle they can resume it later.
      • The “Pass” button will skip the question, more if the user selects any value or enters any text in the text field and then passes it, that input would not be considered.
      • The “Next” button functionality is similar to the “Pass” but the main difference is, if the user did not enter any value in the text field and tapped “Next” a pop-up will appear like this.

      • Once all questions are answered the survey will be complete and the bell icon and dialog box will disappear.
