8 Tips to Add More Fruit to your Daily Diet 


1. Keep Visible reminders  

Keep a huge bowl full of fresh fruit in plain sight for easy grabbing. 

2. Think about taste

Buy fresh fruits when they are in season when they are less expensive and at their peak flavor. 

3. Think variety 

Buy fruits that are dried, frozen, and canned (in water or 100% juice), in addition to fresh so that you always have a variety. 

4. Don’t forget the fiber.

5. Be a good role model for your children

Set an example by eating fruits with meals or as snacks. Eating fruit for dessert is a great habit to share with your children.
