How to Reset your Password!
As a user, you are able to rest your password using your email address, so that you can regain access to your account in case you forgot your password.
Password Reset Process:
- Start on the login page
- Click on the "Forgot Password" link
- A password reset form should be displayed
- Enter the registered email address used to create your PreventScripts account
- Click on the "Reset Password" button > A "Check Your Email!" Screen will display
- An email containing a password reset link will be sent to you email (please allow up to 10 minutes for it to arrive)
- Click the password reset link provided in the email
- Type your new password and click "SAVE"
- Return to the application and login using your new password
Pro-tips:
- Be sure to check your email's "spam" and "Junk" folders if you do not see your rest email
- Use a strong password that you can remember
